The only slightly more casual ambiance at the Bistro continues Bacara's Mediterranean theme. The Bisto offers a variety of dishes including decadent salads made with local produce and grilled-to-perfection meats. As if the meal alone wasn't enough, both restaurants offer dynamite views of the ocean at the foot of the cliff and The Bistro has outdoor seating for fresh air and the sounds of crashing waves. The Spa Café at the Bacara Spa is a casual daytime choice for the calorie conscious serving soy ice cream and organic wine.

Located just 20 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara and 10 minutes from the Santa Barbara Airport, Bacara is awash with activities and nearby sights.
